Requirements- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or home health a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Willingness to travel and take after‑hours calls
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical job duties
- Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care
