Full‑time OB Registered Nurse providing care to mothers and newborns in a community hospital near Pecos County and Odessa, TX. Earn up to $48 per hour with day or night 12‑hour shifts and biweekly overtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Monitor maternal and fetal well‑being, including fetal heart rate monitoring and assessments
- Assist physicians and providers during deliveries and procedures
- Educate patients and families on prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate charting and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team
- Promote a safe, patient‑centered environment focused on quality outcomes
- Active Texas RN license or compact license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset
Skills:
- NRP or Fetal Monitoring certification
- One year of Labor & Delivery experience
You hold an active Texas RN or compact license. You have BLS certification and strong team communication skills. You possess OB experience with fetal monitoring and newborn care
