What You'll DoAs a valued member of our Hospice team, you will:
- Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities
- Support comfort and safety within the home environment
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to both patients and their families
- Observe and promptly communicate changes in patient condition to the RN and clinical leadership team
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient space
- Accurately document care provided in accordance with agency standards
- Assist with prescribed therapy exercises under clinical supervision
- Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

- Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification through the State of Texas
- Ability to work compassionately with patients and families from diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and report appropriately
- Dependable attendance and excellent work habits
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
