Gentiva Hospice seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced clinical care across hospice and palliative settings. You will perform patient visits, manage symptoms, and work with IDG/IDT to develop plans of care.
You will collaborate with physicians to ensure quality, compliant care and participate in on-call coverage as needed. A valid NP license, NP certification, and DEA as required are expected.
