Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands‑on care to patients in homes, assisted living, or facility settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comfort and support while following the patient’s plan of care.
Responsibilities include direct bedside nursing, monitoring and documenting changes, administering medications, and participating in on‑call duties. A valid LPN license and CPR are required.
