Responsibilities- Experimental Design & Setup: Assist in the design, construction, and testing of an experimental apparatus.
- Simulation & Modeling: Run computational simulations to replicate and analyze experimental results.
- Software Development: Contribute to the development of software tools for sensitivity analysis and data processing.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports summarizing results, methods, and progress.
- Dissemination of Results: Support the preparation of posters and presentations, with opportunities to present findings at national conferences.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in experimental methods, numerical modeling, and/or software development.
- Basic proficiency in programming (Python, MATLAB , or similar) preferred.
- Familiarity with engineering simulation tools ( ANSYS , COMSOL , etc.) is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands
Salary $14.49 Undergraduate / $20 Graduate
