Ashley Home Store, the #1 Mattress and Furniture retailer in North America, has an immediate opening for a Visual Presentation Manager.

The ideal candidate is responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that draws attention to the floor plan and the furniture to maximize product sales. The Visual Presentation Manager will oversee the store environment, including displays, vignettes, product receiving, replenishment, rotation, and store cleanliness.

• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to the merchandising plan developed by corporate.
• Manage and train staff on operational duties such as accessory receiving, POP tagging, promotional execution, and price tagging.
• Price merchandise correctly and update prices promptly.
• Maintain store floor plan as per AutoCAD layouts.
• Collaborate with Category Business Managers on product transfers and flooring.
• Audit IOWN forms and input data accurately.
• Create attractive displays using knowledge of color, visual balance, and interior design principles.
• Partner with RVPM on creative store environment elements including painting and interior design.
• Maintain merchandise condition and ensure reordering of sold items.
• Organize and keep the warehouse tidy.
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure effective communication within the organization.
• Hire, develop, and manage Floor Support staff.
• Participate in biannual inventory audits.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure visual presentation standards are consistently applied and communicated.
• Participate in monthly design challenges.

• High School/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or business preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail home furnishings or interior design.
• Project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
