Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting the company's products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types. Provides pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies, assists with prescription and OTC orders, manages pharmacy supplies, safeguards medication information, and maintains paperwork forms.

Stocks and organises merchandise in the pharmacy area. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and recommendations for improvement, and adapting to change. Complies with company policies and maintains highest standards of ethics and integrity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
