The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Management is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store. Prior retail management experience is required.
Minimum age requirement is 21 and a flexible schedule is required. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
