We are currently looking for a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Candidates will receive an hourly wage of $12.00 to $15.00 per hour and can earn up to 8% commission on transactions.

Entry‑level, full‑time sales associates work in pawn store locations nationwide. Associates partner with the entire store team to provide customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business, handling sales, loans, and other transactions for a wide variety of merchandise.

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Carry out sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle all cash and negotiable items properly.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers, showing respect and using effective communication.
• Create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Complete assigned training successfully.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Capability to assist customers outside the building and access exterior storage as needed.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work with customers and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math calculation proficiency.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

The commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers may earn 2–8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance. Detailed plan information is provided during the interview.
