Overview

The Food Service Representative (FSR) in the Away from Home segment will execute a selling strategy in assigned accounts in the Abeline and San Angelo market. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships, including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment may include:
Restaurants, C&G Fountain, Rec/Amusement, Access, Lodging, and Special Events.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Responsible for executing annual plan against priority brand distribution in designated territory
  • Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Forecasting responsibility
  • Beverage Optimizer management
  • Coordinate fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of food & beverage experience or fact-based selling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi).
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
  • Bilingual - strongly preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Safe driving record strongly preferred.
  • Must have interpersonal, communication, team working and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience working with distributors, restaurants and retail channels is a plus.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
