Lead & Coach: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of high-performing sales consultants to hit and exceed monthly volume and profitability goals.
Desk Deals Like a Pro: Work directly with customers and sales consultants to structure deals, close sales, and maintain healthy gross margins.
Master the Inventory: Work alongside leadership to manage new vehicle turn rates, merchandising, inventory mix, and display standards.
Elevate Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every guest receives an extraordinary customer experience that upholds top-tier Toyota Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Cross-Department Synergy: Partner closely with the F&I, pre-owned, and service departments to ensure seamless customer transitions and maximum dealership profitability.
What We’re Looking ForProven Track Record: 3+ years of automotive sales management experience (Toyota or high-volume import dealership experience is a major plus).
Hands-On Leadership: You lead from the floor—not from behind a desk. You are active in deal-making, customer interaction, and daily coaching.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in modern automotive CRMs (e.g., Vin Solutions, eLead), inventory management tools (vAuto), and digital retailing platforms.
Driven & Accountable: Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of dealership metrics, desking, and inventory turn.
Local Commitment: Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in the San Angelo area, with a strong desire to build deep community roots.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
