WhatYou'll Be Doing
As our Community Marketing Liaison/Front Desk Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers and community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Front Desk Duties
:
Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional service to everyone who walks through our doors. - Sales Support
:
Assisting with sales transactions, promoting services, and ensuring customers leave with exactly what they need. - Community Outreach
:
Representing South San Marcos in the local community, building relationships, and spreading the word about what we have to offer. - Administrative Tasks
:
Keeping the front desk organized, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as customer service, sales, or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a diverse range of people.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude—someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A friendly and professional demeanor that reflects the values of South San Marcos.
