Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and perform unscheduled maintenance as directed.;
Complete assigned work orders promptly and accurately.;
Maintain, install and repair irrigation equipment and systems, including sprinkler and drip irrigation.;
Repair irrigation leaks, broken heads, and lines in a timely manner.;
Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility, grounds, and equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical as directed.
