Responsibilities Include:

* Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components

* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems

* Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance

* Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices

* Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance

* Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals

* Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule

* Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in HVAC service

* Valid EPA Certification required

* Commercial HVAC experience preferred

* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations

* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

* Valid driver's license

* Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
