An Aircraft Mechanic I shall perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and installations on C-12 aircraft avionics, wiring, components and flight controls. Operates ground support equipment and flight line vehicles. Must be able to read, write, and interpret instructions, technical manuals and/or directives necessary for the accomplishment of job assignment. The Aircraft Mech I reports directly to the ACI Supervisors.

• Performs tasks as assigned/directed by Crew Team Leader, Lead man, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor, and/or Site Manager in accordance with instructions, applicable technical data, manuals, and directives.
• Evaluates aircraft discrepancies to identify proper methods for repair. Identifies necessary parts, materials and tooling requirements to complete task.
• Utilizes manufacturers’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins, Maintenance Engineering Directives, schematics, drawings, blueprints, charts and other applicable publications to install, test, troubleshoot and ensure aircraft modifications are accomplished in a timely manner.
• Inspects for corrosion, treats and repairs discrepancies. Performs touch up painting and applies decals and labels. Prepares aircraft components for paint.
• Complies with and follows established standards of workmanship, safety, quality, and production.
• Performs additional duties as operationally required (non‑exhaustive list).

• Airframe, mechanical and electrical experience – preferred.

• A&P License
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
