Field Service Technicians – Entry Level with Paid Training – San Angelo, TX
Kodiak Gas Services is hiring entry-level Field Service Technicians in San Angelo, TX to support compression equipment operations in the oilfield. Technicians will receive paid training and hands‑on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing compressors. This role offers an opportunity to grow technical skills while supporting a 24/7 service operation.

- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and on‑call shifts
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Successful completion of Kodiak’s Short Service Employee (SSE) program
- OEM or trade school background
- Experience with Waukesha, Ariel, or Caterpillar compressor systems
- Electrical troubleshooting and compressor knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
