Pay & Compensation

• $25–$28/hr base pay, determined by license level and experience
• Performance pay — plumbers who work with speed, quality, and efficiency are rewarded accordingly. Annual salary range is between $52K - $90K+.
• 3% matching retirement plan — eligible after 90 days of employment
• Health benefits — eligible after 90 days of employment

• Schedule flexibility between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekends as needed

About the Role

The Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing Installer is responsible for delivering high‑quality plumbing installation work in residential and commercial settings — with speed, precision, and craftsmanship. This role is focused on great quality and fast work. You will take pride in every installation, operate with excellence, and represent Brothers Plumbing in the homes and buildings of San Angelo in a way that raises the bar on what this trade looks like.

We facilitate a 5 Star Process to optimize the customer’s experience:
Prepare, Set the Tone, Diagnose the Issue, Create Estimate Options, Do the Work, and Close the Call. You will be trained in this process and expected to operate within it on every job.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current plumbing license — Tradesman or Journeyman (or actively working toward licensure)
• Solid installation experience: rough‑in work, trim‑out, fixture installation, pipe assembly
