HVAC Technician

Location:

San Angelo, TX. The technician reports to the Program Manager and works on-site. This position is full‑time.

• Knowledge of contractual requirements and creation of schedules.
• Utilizes Tsheets timekeeping daily, logging in and out for lunch.
• Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment and maintain organization.
• Maintains, repairs and ensures all equipment is in proper working condition including HVAC systems, water treatment systems, emergency generator systems and various other mechanical systems.
• Orders replacement items through purchasing, and works with vendors regarding repairs to existing equipment.
• Submits receipts on a weekly basis to the corporate office for processing.
• Perform any additional duties on an "as required" basis where such duties are within the scope of contractual responsibilities.
• Issue reports and summaries as required.
• Maintain appropriate records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Resolves clients' concerns, conducts follow‑up calls and makes onsite visit inspections for satisfactory job performance.
• Create estimates as needed. Familiar with RS Means.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in the Operations & Maintenance of building operational systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression Systems, Environmental (to include Oil Water Separator Servicing) and Water Treatment procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project) and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• High school or equivalent education.

• Pay: $22.18 per hour.
• Additional $4.93 per hour Health and Welfare up to 40 hours per week (used for benefits).
