Positionoverview
We’re seeking experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians with EPA Universal Certification to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll service, repair, and install residential HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Install and start up residential HVAC systems (change-outs)
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
- Replace and repair ductwork and insulation
- Perform inspections and replace worn components
- Test systems for leaks and performance issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Follow all safety standards and building codes
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform attic work and lift heavy equipment
