JMTest Systems is looking to expand our technical team in San Angelo, Texas! We have openings for Technician Level I. This Role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness tolearn, and an interest in working in a hands‑on technical environment. You will support calibration, maintenance, and testing operations while learning company processes, equipment, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and testing under supervision
- Assist senior technicians with routine calibrations and repairs
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Learn company processes, equipment, and documentation systems
- Supportdaily operational and technical activities within the lab and field environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
- Assist with organizing tools, equipment, and work areas
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Abilityto follow detailed instructions and work safely
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
