JM Test Systems is looking to expand our technical team in San Angelo, Texas. We are hiring an entry‑level Technician. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in working in a hands‑on technical environment. You will support calibration, maintenance, and testing operations while learning company processes, equipment, and quality standards. • Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and testing under supervision.
• Assist senior technicians with routine calibrations and repairs.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

• Support daily operational and technical activities within the lab and field environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.
  
  Assist with organizing tools, equipment, and work areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
