Overview
Position will be open until filled. We are currently seeking a heavy equipment operator to join our team and perform skilled work in the operation of a variety of motorized equipment and heavy equipment in accordance with all safety regulations and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesMonday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (30 minute lunch); overtime is required. This is an on-call position.

Requirements and skills- Safe and efficient operation and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Using specialized tools and heavy motorized equipment to perform maintenance and repair work.
- Closely following verbal and written instructions and procedures.
- Making routine operating adjustments and repairs to assigned equipment.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with co-workers and the public.
Three years experience operating specialized vehicles and heavy equipment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Licenses or Certifications- Must possess a valid eligible Texas Class A Commercial Driver License with a good driving record (additional compensation available for CDL A of $300/month); specific technical skills training and certifications may be required.
- Applicants with an out-of-state driver license must provide an original certified driving record from the state of driving licensure.
- Work is performed outdoors.
- Requires constant physical efforts, and ability to lift and carry up to 113 pounds.
