Flatbed CDL‑A Driver – Regional Route (Division 240 – Phoenix, AZ)

As a flatbed driver you will transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across the western region of America. You will have most weekends off for a 34‑hour reset, with the requirement to work one weekend per month.

Weekly pay: $1,094.88 – $1,893.03
. Annual pay: $56,933.64 – $98,437.73 (depends on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service).
Flatbed regional driver rate: $0.50 – $0.78 per mile

Your pay package includes accessorials such as tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonus, and over‑dimensional pay as applicable.

Transition package: $1,800
, with $1,000 paid for the first two weeks of orientation.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience (preferred 1 year).
• Background check.
• Clean drug test.
• Clean clearinghouse results.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation).

No pets allowed. Riders aged 7+ may ride after 90 days of safe driving.
