Warehouse and Equipment Specialist

We are a Hudson Oaks, Texas-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) delivering High Speed Internet and Voice Services throughout multiple states to residential, business, K-12 Education, and government customers. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the warehouse, such as ordering, receiving deliveries, programming equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Shipping and receiving RMAs of faulty equipment.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and surrounding areas, including outside areas.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Order and maintain inventory minimum quantities.
• Pull needed equipment from inventory for new tower sites.
• Program equipment as needed.
• Prevent access to warehouse from unauthorized personnel.
• Loading and unloading boxes, trucks, and pallets.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with team and management.
• Must be able to work independently and be reliable.
• Must be organized and able to learn.
• Work with basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift/pull heavy equipment.
• Must have a team-oriented mentality and be safety conscious.
• Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check.
• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft programs are preferred.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.

Warehouse Non-Exempt

• Working in a warehouse environment
• Working in outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation, and wind
• In proximity of heavy machinery and moving vehicles
• Moderate noise level

• Frequently moving in and around the warehouse
• Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms
• Frequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of 50 pounds or more

Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm. Full time. Overtime if necessary.

0-10% travel required as needed.
