Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Divine Electric & Plumbing in San Rafael seeks a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate residential electrical and plumbing service calls across Marin County. You'll schedule and dispatch technicians, manage routes, prioritize urgent jobs, and keep customers informed with clear, friendly communication. Using scheduling and CRM tools, you'll update job statuses, track appointments, and support technicians with accurate job details. Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch electricians and plumbers to residential service calls across Marin County
• Coordinate daily job assignments, routes, and follow-up visits for field technicians
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, confirming appointments and updating ETAs
• Use scheduling and CRM software to enter jobs, update statuses, and document service details
• Prioritize emergency and high-urgency calls while maintaining an efficient daily schedule
• Communicate clearly with technicians about job notes, parts needs, and safety considerations
• Monitor workloads and adjust schedules to reduce downtime and maximize productivity
• Handle inbound calls and emails with a customer-first, solutions-focused approach
• Assist with maintaining accurate records of jobs, time windows, and customer preferences
• Collaborate with office and field teams to improve processes, communication, and service quality
