Lead Plumbing Installer

Divine Electric & Plumbing is seeking a Lead Plumbing Installer to handle residential installations and upgrades across Marin County. You'll lead plumbing projects, from rough-in to finish, ensuring code-compliant, high-quality work. This role includes mentoring junior techs, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering clear, respectful communication to homeowners. Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping to code
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions to homeowners
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and job scopes for plumbing installs
• Train, mentor, and oversee junior plumbers and apprentices on-site
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers about work performed, options, and maintenance
• Coordinate with office staff on scheduling, materials, and job documentation
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness and organization
• Perform final testing, inspections, and system start-up for new installations
• Support occasional cross-trade work with electrical team as needed
