Staff Accountant

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support a local outdoor advertising. This role maintains confidentiality, integrity, and ensures compliance of various compensation and benefit accounting policies and procedures. This role will assist in month-end close duties and other accounting and reporting tasks. You may also assist in Commissions, Travel and Entertainment (T&E), Benefits, Governance, and/or other similar functions.

• Month-End Close Support
  :
  Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, income statement and balance sheet analysis, research, and data mining.
• Comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures, and Payroll close periods as it relates to the financial statements
• Assist with other accounting, finance, and reporting duties as needed

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; 1–4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 1-3 years full cycle General Ledger and Journal Entry experience
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH) and an ERP (
  Net Suite, SAP, Oracle
  , or similar)
• Strong reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multi‑market data sets
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
