As a Client Accounting Services Manager
, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality outsourced accounting services for multiple clients, managing both client relationships and engagement teams. You will serve as a strategic advisor—interpreting financial results, implementing process improvements, and leveraging technology to help clients operate more effectively. • Manage a portfolio of CAS clients, overseeing all aspects of outsourced accounting and financial reporting engagements.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP or other applicable frameworks.
• Review and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to clients.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and delivering responsive, proactive communication.
• Advise clients on accounting process improvements, system implementations, and internal control enhancements.
• Oversee, mentor, and review work prepared by seniors, staff accountants, and offshore team members.
• Coordinate with tax, assurance, and advisory teams to ensure cohesive client service and timely deliverables.
• Stay current on emerging accounting technologies, helping clients adopt efficient cloud‑based platforms and automation tools (e.g., Quick Books Online, Sage Intacct, ).
• Support business development by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, and participating in firm growth initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or client management role

• Prior public accounting experience required
  ; outsourced client accounting or controllership experience highly valued.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting best practices.
• Proficiency in cloud‑based accounting systems and integrated financial applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and advisory skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and multiple client engagements simultaneously.
