Accounting Specialist

Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations in their San Antonio office. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing environment and wants consistent overtime.

• Perform daily transactional accounting including AP, AR, invoicing, and cash applications
• Maintain accurate financial records within Quick Books Online
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities and basic financial reporting
• Process vendor payments and manage vendor communications as needed
• Assist with payroll support and expense tracking
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
• Collaborate closely with internal operations and leadership teams

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong working knowledge of Quick Books Online (required)
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Solid Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio and handle a steady workload
