- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable activities, including billing, invoicing, and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process high-volume transactions accurately within a large ERP system
- Partner with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely revenue recognition
- Maintain organized documentation to support audits and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable and billing experience
- Background working within a large organization
- Experience utilizing a large ERP system (Deltek Costpoint strongly preferred)
- Government contracting experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment
