- Manage full‑cycle accounts payable, including invoice receipt through payment processing
- Open and distribute incoming mail related to vendor invoices
- Code and enter invoices accurately into the system
- Process approximately 200–500 invoices per week
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely payments
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Prior experience working in a manual processing environment
- Comfortable handling high invoice volume with accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
