Bookkeeper

San Antonio, TX (Must be local, not a remote position)

Hascor USA is part of an international group specializing in metal alloys and industrial raw materials. We supply manufacturers across North America and work closely with our European and global affiliates.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our San Antonio office on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who values structure, accountability, and consistency in a business environment.

Monday – Friday

In-office position

• Process day-to-day accounting entries (invoices, bank statements)
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Monitor and report accounts receivable and payable
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare outgoing payments
• Support collections and follow-up
• Communicate with affiliated group companies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Minimum 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
