Position: Payroll Specialist I

Responsibilities Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation of Partners in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Managing end-to-end payroll processing, tax with holdings, benefits deductions, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Key Responsibility & Essential Functions
  • Assist in processing payroll for partners
  • Input and maintain Partner data in payroll systems
  • Verify timesheets and wages accurately
  • Respond to Partners questions
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to Partner Data based on HR guidance and policies

Qualifications

& Key Requirements

Entry operations individual contributor position providing service or support through manual operational tasks in a hands‑on environment supporting daily business activities. Works under direct supervision on routine tasks and follows standard procedures with very little independent judgement. High school education. 0+ years of experience generally expected.

  • 0+ years of experience in accounting, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of basic sales and use tax rules
  • Computer skills
  • Time‑management skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Organization skills; detail‑oriented
  • Ability to consistently meet volume / accuracy standards and deadlines
  • Adaptability to changing priorities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
  • Function in a fast‑paced, retail, office environment
  • Use arms / hands in repetitive motion during the day
  • Demonstrate visual acuity for working with spreadsheets and detailed documents
  • Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more
