Location: San Antonio
Compensation: $110,000–$120,000

- Lead the evolution of project accounting from transactional support to strategic business partnership.
- Build scalable, standardized processes across project setup, billing, reporting, and financial controls.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks that enable real-time visibility into project performance.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance to elevate overall project profitability and financial accuracy.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success building or expanding a project accounting function.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project controls, and project lifecycle financials.
- ERP expertise—Deltek strongly preferred—with the ability to design and enhance reporting structures.
