Key Responsibilities

• Perform 3-way matching and accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
• Enter subcontractor invoices and maintain vendor accounts in compliance with company policies
• Prepare customer billing and invoicing; monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
• Handle outgoing calls regarding overdue invoices and resolve client queries professionally
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities
• Support the accounting team with other ad hoc tasks as needed

Preferred Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
