Position SummaryThe AP/AR Clerk II provides clerical and accounting support for the organization’s payable and receivable functions. This role ensures accurate processing of invoices, payments, and customer transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Work is performed under general supervision and involves moderately complex accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and process vendor invoices and customer payments
- Input AP/AR data accurately into the accounting system
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents
- Process financial transactions within required timelines
- Research and resolve vendor and customer discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Escalate complex issues to senior accounting staff as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of AP/AR or bookkeeping experience
- Solid knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle moderately complex accounting tasks
This position is based onsite in a warehouse environment and may involve occasional walking through operational areas.
