• Manage the full billing cycle for projects, from setup through invoicing and revisions
• Review contracts, change orders, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy
• Prepare and issue invoices across multiple formats
• Work closely with project managers and clients to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
• Keep billing records organized, including proposals, job setups, and documentation
• Participate in billing reviews and ensure deadlines are met

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (5+ years in billing or accounting)
• Experience with project-based billing, ideally in construction or a similar environment
• Understanding of billing workflows and shared services environments is a plus
• Comfortable using Excel, Word, and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
