- Schedule:
3 days in‑office, 2 days WFH - Onsite gym, cafeteria, wellness center, community garden, outdoor sports/exercise areas, and dry cleaner
Manage consolidation and financial accounting related to producing corporate financial statements.
- Manage consolidation of financials for the parent company
- Manage corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes and requirements—both internal and external
- Manage financial accounting processes: draft and record journal entries, trial balance management, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation and related protocols, subsidiary ledger maintenance, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid balances, bank reconciliations, financial report analysis
- Work with operations department heads to ensure that all operational activity has been identified and reflected in financial statements
- Assist with Enterprise special projects, performing accounting research and providing required deliverables
- Provide audit preparation support to department Director
- CPA required
- Public accounting experience—audit environment, including writing footnotes
- 10+ years experience: consolidations, compilations, eliminations, and assembling financials
- Strong technical accounting and research skills
- External report writing of any kind
- Highly preferred: mix of public and industry experience
