As a Senior Associate, Tax, you will:

* Review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow-through entities

* Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements

* Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers

* Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service

* Train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development

* Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment

What you bring to the role:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

* 3+ years of experience in public accounting

* Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software

* Experience with Pro System fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus

* A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism

* Strong project management and organizational skills

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

Pay Range:

$83,700 - $123,100 per year
