• Review federal and multi‑state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow‑through entities.
• Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements.
• Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax‑related responsibilities as assigned by managers.
• Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high‑quality service.
• Train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team‑oriented environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
• Experience with Pro System fx, CCH, RIA, or engagement software is a plus.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members.

Pay Range: $83,700 – $123,100 per year.
