As a Senior Associate, Tax, you will:

• Review federal and multi‑state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow‑through entities
• Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements
• Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax‑related responsibilities as assigned by managers
• Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high‑quality service
• Train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development
• Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team‑oriented environment

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
• Experience with Pro System fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

Pay Range:

$83,700 - $123,100 per year
