Title:

CPA - Senior Tax Manager

Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000 + base DOE

• Review individual returns and trusts.
• Review business returns, tax planning and research.
• Prepare and review tax returns.
• Perform tax research and notice resolution.
• Client service and communication at all levels.
• Analyze and recommend business transaction structures to maximize tax benefits.
• High level reviewer for individual and trust returns.
• High level reviewer for business returns.
• Review the work of other tax preparers.

• CPA, current/active license.
• 6–10+ years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of tax preparation applications.
• Ability to make year‑end accounting adjustments to financial statements for accurate tax returns.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Experience in developing customized tax strategies and business plans.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex tax matters.
• Produce precise, consistent and error‑free work on time.
• Team oriented, outgoing personality, driven and high level of customer service.
• Comfortable working at a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy.
• Follow‑up and a “no nonsense” approach to work.
