Attached to the Finance Operations Directorate, within the Consolidation-Reporting team, the consolidation manager - project leader will participate in the various projects carried out within the Directorate and contribute to the establishment of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts of approximately 200 subsidiaries (France and international scope) under IFRS standards.

The main duties are:

Project Management:

• Implementation of new IFRS 18 standards
• Contribute to the optimization of accounting procedures and the consolidation process, and in particular, ensure the piloting of the BFC consolidation tool parameterization developments
• Participation in projects to set up new reporting tools, projects to integrate new companies, and reorganizations
• Elaboration of procedures

Consolidation:

• Participate in the work of establishing, controlling, and analyzing consolidated accounts
• Participate in tax follow-ups:
  • Controls of tax integrations
  • Follow-up of reportable deficits
  • Follow-up of tax controls in liaison with the Tax Directorate
  • Control and analysis of deferred taxes, from the Group level tax evidence
  • Production of CBCR reporting and GloBE declaration (Pillar
    2)
• Support and training for subsidiaries

Profile sought:

Technical skills:

• Higher education in accounting such as DSCG, specialized Master's in management, finance
• At least 10 years of professional experience in an international consolidation service
• Good knowledge of IFRS standards and French taxation
• Advanced proficiency in professional English
• Advanced mastery of Excel
• Good knowledge of the BFC tool

• Sense of organization and respect for deadlines, rigor, and method
