Financial Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce is searching for a talented and experienced Financial Accounting Manager to join our client's team in the San Antonio, TX area. Our client offers competitive compensation and great benefits. A relocation package is available for those wishing to move to the area.

• Managing the Consolidation and Financial Accounting related to producing the financial statements of the Enterprise
• Providing quality and timely accounting and support services to all the family of companies within the Enterprise
• SEC reporting
• Managing financial accounting processes: draft and record journal entries, trial balance management, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation and related protocols, subsidiary ledger maintenance, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid balances, bank reconciliations, financial report analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA
• 8 years of experience in a corporate environment
• Trustworthy — Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential
• Competency and proficiency in Microsoft applications and database management;
  Strong Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivots, Formulas, and Formatting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life, disability, and ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
