• Lead day-to-day hotel accounting operations — including Accounts Payable, cash management, and financial reporting
• Track and interpret financial performance data, ensuring full compliance with GAAP and USALI standards
• Serve as a strategic financial business partner to senior hotel leadership, delivering insight that drives profitability
• Maintain strong accounting controls to safeguard hotel assets and manage risk
• Oversee month‑end/year‑end close, audits, tax compliance, and bookkeeping per White Lodging and Hilton standards

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience as a hotel accountant, accounting manager, assistant director of finance, or senior accounting professional (hospitality experience preferred)
• A strategic, analytical mindset connecting accounting to operations and revenue performance
• A collaborative leadership style — equally comfortable presenting to a GM or partnering with department heads
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting processes, GAAP, and USALI reporting
• Proficiency in hotel accounting/financial reporting systems
