Accounts Payable Assistant – San Antonio, TX

Responsible for processing vendor payments, controlling expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records. Works closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate accounts payable processing.

• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, and verifying invoices.
• Process vendor payments and manage general ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Support cost accounting efforts by tracking and documenting expenses.
• Perform entry‑level accounts payable and clerical work.
• Provide support for company accounts and monitor client invoicing.
• Assist the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals and overall store needs.

Full‑time position. Remote or on‑site location may be available.
