Key Responsibilities for the Non Profit Accountant:
• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections for federal and state grants
• Oversee month-end close, A/R reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with grant terms and applicable regulations
• Prepare grant reports, audit schedules, and supporting documentation
• Track program financial performance across lifecycle and budgets
Qualifications for the Non Profit Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience with not-for-profits
• Strong accounts receivable and general ledger experience
• Experience with federal/state grants, reporting, and compliance
