Business Center 1 is seeking a Cash Posting and Refund Supervisor to lead the Cash Posting and Refund teams within Patient Business Services. This hands-on role supports the Manager and Assistant Director by coordinating daily activities and ensuring timely resolution of posting issues.
You will mentor refund specialists and cash posters, drive improvements, and help streamline workflows to accelerate refunds and maintain accurate accounts.
