Title:
Associate Controller
Salary: $130k-$145k + 24% target bonus (plus upside potential)

- Manage external audit process and serve as primary audit liaison
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting + CPA required
- 6-10+ years of experience (Big 4 audit preferred)
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise across multiple entities
- Experience in real estate, development, or related industries preferred
